As a new patient at Santee Dental Group, I could not have asked for better! The staff was genuinely personable, well-connected, efficient, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wished I could work there! The price was well within the range of other dentists, even slightly lower. Overall, I can say I have never before had such a wonderful experience at a dentist---in terms of skill, expertise, collegiality, congeniality, caring, and price.

The best dentist office I’ve visited in a very long time. From the moment I entered Natasha the woman working at front desk was amazing. She was extremely kind and helpful and thorough with her explanation of how the office worked and asking why I was being seen. She was also very kind to each patient that was there at the same time I was. When I saw Dr. Hanna he was so kind, I explained what I needed done and he offered options and was very easy to talk the other. He allowed me to choose the option I was most comfortable with without any pressure. I was able to be seen right after by his colleague who performed my procedure. I have a major anxiety due about dental work due to a root canal I had done by another dentist office. Dr Hanna’s colleague was amazing not only was he thorough with his explanation of how the procedure worked but during the process the way he spoke to me and the way he administered the local anesthetic was reassuring. I barely felt anything during the injection and only felt pressure during my my tooth extraction. The way this office treats it’s patients is absolutely outstanding. They are so compassionate and respectful towards their patients. They value not only the physical health of the patient but the emotional well being of the patients as well! I’m really grateful I found this office and would recommend it to anyone especially those with anxiety about going to any dentist

This review has been long overdue! Almost three years ago, I walked into this dental office in hopes to find an honest dentist that can bring my confidence back. I was in need of a front tooth implant. To avoid getting to personal, this implant procedure meant more to me than it's aesthetics. I lost my father to homicide during this time. One of his last few words to me were "get that tooth fixed". I was greeted by Natasha. Right away, I was compelled to her persona. She thoroughly explained what to expect as a patient of Dr. Hanna. She is upfront and does an amazing job representing this dental group. It seems as if I made a friend over the years of communication with her. Dr. Hanna, for me, has been very comfortable to consult with. He listens. He makes you feel as if you are talking to your cool cousin that wants the best for you, someone I was able to relate with. The dental assistants have always been pleasant and eager to answer my questions. Overall, this entire team has been amazing. Along with the healing time, my implant took nearly 2 years to complete. This was due to Dr. Hanna, wanting to be certain that no complications occur. We all heal differently. Within this two year procedure, Santee Dental Group became family to me. They taught me what being patient meant when it comes to dental work. How for them, it is important that their patients dental issues are thoroughly met "down to the root!" The day I walked out of this dental clinic with my permanent implant. Upon arriving to my car, I sat down and smiled at my reflection. I never cried such happy tears of relief, confidence, and thankfulness. I had my smile back. I had my front tooth! There isn't much more that I can say to Santee Dental Group, but Thank you all so much! I travel about 20 miles to each of my appointments here. Natasha has been great with coordinating my time and overall communication. Unfortunately, I will be moving further away. As much as I would hate to, I may have to find a closer dentist to my place of residence. If only Santee Dental Group closer to me. Who knows? I may just continue and drive the extra miles. It's worth it. A review cannot express all I would like to towards Santee Dental Group. Every time I smile, I will always think of you all! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The admin is amazing and remembers me even when I haven’t been in in months. The dental techs are quick and efficient when gathering x-rays and images, even from difficult patients like me. Dr. Hanna gets down to it and is a skilled dentist. He has a plan to quickly get you to your best oral health and best smile. They work with my anxiety and each one of them is kind and patient. I really am glad I found a dentist like them.
